COACH
Our coaches are made up of volunteers. Amongst the coaches are experienced and accredited coaches who are very passionate to deliver the appropriate programs suited for our players growth and development. We encourage our parents and senior players to take on supportive or coaching roles to help give back to our club and community. Manaia offers support to help our coaches through self development and obtaining their coaching accreditation. We strongly encourage our coaches to have at least obtained their foundation accreditation or a willingness to obtain to be able to coach our teams. MANAGER
Managers play such an important role within the club. They take on responsibilities as a manager to ensure game days run smoothly and take away some of the work load pressure from coaches. Parents are encouraged to step in to help volunteer and give back to their child's team.
UMPIRE
We are always seeking umpires to join our club. We encourage our players, and members of the club to step into umpiring roles with opportunities to help further their development.
